Listen, there are some breads in life that make everything happier: one of those breads is pretzel bread. Pretzel rolls -- elevate the sandwich. Pretzels with dip -- make the dip better. Soft pretzels + salt = joy in its simplest form. Let's roll it up to create even more delights.

1. Smoky Seitan-Stuffed Pretzel with Maple Bourbon Mustard
2. Maple-Roasted Roots (yeah...from last night)-Stuffed Pretzel
3. Cheezy Mustard 'n Garlic Pretzel
4. Salted Soft Pretzel
5. Pretzel Pain Au Chocolat
Straight up -- this is a full course dinner and a platter of fulfillment.
